i only had the catheter in for a touch more than a week,and no other pain besides the erection.. please help

Its possible that when the catheter was put in/ taken out, it bruised your urethra (the tube you wee out of). When you attain an erection normally, the urethra is squashed up a little- and that is probably what is causing your stomach-ache when you're erect. Give it a few more days to settle down. If its still bothering you after that, go and see your GP.

17 years antiquated and can't win an...

The catheter may have caused some bruising. It also may hold been pulled on while you were "knocked out" and undermined the base of the urethra. It can hurt for a while but it will go away.
