There really is no such piece as penis enlargement surgery. If i am mistaken please post a link of some sort. There are ways of implanting teflon beads contained by the penis to make it larger but this also makes it bumpier and leaves scars. It is possible to stretch the penis a short time ago like any other tissue but it takes a lot of work and dedication. At best you can average 1/2" a year by lifeless weights and vacuum pumping daily. The only way i know of enlarge the penis by plastic surgery is by cutting off the old one and putting a flesh balloon surrounded by place of it.
