Best Answer: You didn't give yourself HPV by masturbating. You catch that by person intimate with someone who already has it. Is it possible that you're circumcised? And you didn't use lube? And it took a while? The friction with those conditions can result in some little tears. If this is the case, you'll be fine, just give it rest for a daytime or two - and start using lube.
