a friend of mine had indistinguishable problem. He was diagnosed with Molluscum. It eventually spread to his stomach and he's got medication in a minute but I would get tested. No one knows exactly How you get it but its contagious and you can carry it at any age. If you do have it, it does go away but can last for a few years.
